"I have struggled with being overweight all my life. I have tried every diet pill and diet known to man. I finally decided to hire a personal trainer in 2007 as a last resort. I met Kri and told him what my short and long term goals were and he told me that he knew he could help me reach them. I have to admit I was very skeptical but didn't have anything to lose. My short term goal was to be in shape for a trip to the Bahamas in May 2008. I didn't have much time to get there but I trusted Kri's knowledge and expertise to help me out. I was able to hit my short term goal and am happy to report that I wore a swimsuit for the first time out in the public. With Kri's help I have gone from morbidly obese to physically fit. Kri has taught me how to change my entire lifestyle from exercising to nutrition. I now know what types of foods to eat along with the types of exercises to do to continue to stay fit. Kri has made working out fun for me with his creative workouts and bubbly motivating personality. A lot of people may think that they don't have the time or money to get in shape. I am a single mother of a very active nine year old daughter, and I have found the time to get myself in shape and stay that way. You can't put a price on your health. MOTHER OF SIX GOING ON STRONG AND LOOKIN' GOOD

"I have been coming to boot camp for a month now. I have basically NEVER worked out anywhere, at least not since high school when I was a cheerleader and played volleyball.

I am surprising my family (and myself) that I am doing this! I have typically been able to keep my weight down in the past, but am definitely NOT in shape. And as I am past 40 now, it has gotten harder and harder to maintain my weight.

My goal is to lose about 10 pounds, and tone everything up and be in better shape and FEEL GOOD!! I have six children, (gave birth to 5 -- including a set of twins!) I have been told I look pretty good "for having 6 kids...". But I want to LOOK GOOD, period!

I have lost 3 pounds of fat so far, and can see a difference in the mirror! My body fat has already dropped a little, and my overall "pounds of fat" (ugh) has gone down as well!

Bootcamp is tough, but I really do like it!!! I have always been intimidated by gyms, and just would never go... but this setting is so much different. We are all on the same page with out goals, and fitness levels. There is no competition between us (other than who will win the "biggest loser" ha!) We are forming friendships and beginning to find ways to stay in touch outside of class for encouragement and accountability.

Kri is an amazing trainer! I love his style that is firm but fun - and always encouraging! Our workouts are never the same, so you never know what to expect and are never bored!! It is awesome how he stays in touch with us daily... through texts with 'quotes of the day', emails, Facebook, etc. He takes a full approach to include fitness AND nutrition, and helps us tremendously with both!! He will respond to any question you have - immediately! He really lets you know he cares about you.

At first, I could hardly move due to a knee injury and in 3 months, I am running, participating in step classes, and have overall better flexibility. I know it sounds crazy, but I worked with Kri three times a week and followed his diet plan. He was amazing. "I have learned that Diets DON'T work..."

"My journey in getting back into shape has been such an awesome experience. Without Kri, I can honestly say that I would not have found the passion that I now have for physical fitness. Being a former college athlete, I was always active, but never in the correct ways. I wish now that I knew the importance of core strength when I was competing on a collegiate level. Upon graduation, I started working and taking Masters classes and put my health and fitness on the back burner. In October of 2007, I was diagnosed with type II diabetes and was absolutely shocked. This health concern was a huge wake up call for me. I started on a diet and cut all sugar out of my diet and lost 10 pounds, but was very lethargic and tired because I was losing muscle. I was then put on medicine to control my blood sugar and still following my diet. My life really changed in January when I met Kri and again found my love for fitness. We started out slow and have made so much progress just by making small steps. We are constantly setting goals and working together to meet them. Since January, I have lost 21 pounds of fat, gained 8.4 pounds of muscle, lost 9.6% bodyfat, lost 8.25 total inches and most importantly was able to get off all medicine because of my new lifestyle. I have learned that Diets DON'T work, but lifestyle changes do and will stay with you for life. Kri is always there to answer my questions and always makes sure I completely understand my workout before we are done."
